Manufacturing scope

In-House Production and Coordinated Support

FigCrafts manages product development through final pack-out. Printed packaging components, market testing and logistics are coordinated with established external providers when required.

In-house manufacturing

Product Development & Production

3D modeling, prototype development, tool design and machining, injection molding, vinyl rotocasting, resin casting, painting, printing, assembly, inspection and final pack-out.

Partner-produced

Printed Packaging Components

Color boxes, instructions, labels, blisters, trays and specialist inserts are produced to approved specifications by established packaging partners.

Inspection

Quality Checks & Buyer Inspection

Production checkpoints and final inspections are completed in-house. Buyer or third-party factory and product inspections can also be arranged.

Project-specific

Testing and Logistics

Product testing and shipment arrangements are confirmed according to the target market, product specification, buyer requirements and delivery terms.

Typical project process

From Initial Review to Finished Goods

The exact sequence is adjusted to the product, material, quantity and finish. Each stage is reviewed before the next major production commitment.

Project Review 01

Project Review

Review authorized artwork, product size, expected quantity, target market, intended use and packaging requirements.

Product Engineering 02

Product Engineering

Confirm part breakdown, interfaces, visible surfaces, assembly requirements and the proposed tooling approach.

Prototype Approval 03

Prototype Approval

Use each prototype to validate the specific appearance, structure, fit, function or finish questions it was built to answer before production tooling.

Tooling & Trial Parts 04

Tooling & Trial Parts

Build production tooling and review trial parts for dimensions, fit, surface quality and required corrections.

Production Release 05

Production Release

Confirm material, forming conditions, first-article criteria, quantity, SKU split, decoration references and in-process checkpoints before full production.

Inspection & Pack Out 06

Inspection & Pack-Out

Check appearance, assembly, completeness and packaging before final release and shipment preparation.

Factory and quality

Factory Scale and Quality Systems

FigCrafts supports supplier evaluation with facility information, equipment details, quality management, audit status and inspection access.

Frequently asked questions

Manufacturing Capability FAQ

MOQ, manufacturing method, testing and schedule are confirmed from the actual product specification and order requirements.

Which services are performed in-house?

In-house work includes 3D modeling, prototyping, tool design and machining, injection molding, vinyl rotocasting, resin casting, painting, pad printing, hand painting, assembly, inspection and final pack-out.

Can FigCrafts make a single prototype?

Yes. A one-off prototype or validation sample may be possible through 3D printing, vacuum casting or another suitable development method. Injection-molded production requires tooling and a production quantity.

What is the typical production MOQ?

Injection-molded projects commonly start around 500–1,000 units. The actual MOQ depends on the product, tooling, part count, finish, packaging and quantity per SKU. Other manufacturing methods are reviewed separately.

Are all packaging materials manufactured in-house?

No. Established partners produce approved boxes, printed materials, trays, blisters and specialist inserts. FigCrafts coordinates those components and completes final pack-out on-site.

Can buyers arrange an audit or inspection?

Yes. Buyer or third-party factory audits and product inspections can be arranged in addition to FigCrafts' internal production and final inspection processes.

How are product compliance requirements handled?

Applicable requirements depend on the product, material, age grading, intended use and target market. Compliance can only be determined for the specific product after the required assessment, documentation and testing.
