Can FigCrafts make one action figure?

One physical unit can be evaluated as a prototype through 3D printing, vacuum casting or another suitable non-production route. It is not a one-unit injection-molding offer.

What is the injection production MOQ?

Typical injection-molded production MOQ is 500–1,000 units. The exact quantity depends on structure, tooling, materials, decoration, accessories, packaging and the split per SKU.

Can interchangeable heads and accessories be included?

Yes. Heads, hands, weapons, props, helmets and stands can be engineered as part of an authorized B2B figure program and reviewed with the packaging configuration.

Can we sign an NDA, and how are tooling terms handled?

NDA support is available before detailed file exchange. Tooling ownership, storage, maintenance, use and transfer terms are confirmed in the project agreement before tooling begins. Customer-funded tooling arrangements are documented as part of the approved commercial scope.

Can retail packaging be included?

Yes. Packaging components can be coordinated through established partners to the approved specification, with final assembly, inspection and pack-out completed on-site.

Can testing for EN 71, ASTM F963, CPSIA or REACH be coordinated?

Applicable third-party testing can be coordinated according to the product, materials, age grading and target market. Compliance is not claimed universally before the specific product and test scope are confirmed.

What affects the project timeline?

The 1–3 business days refers to initial project feedback, not the complete development or production lead time. The schedule depends on the starting file quality, articulation complexity, part count, prototype route, tooling scope, number of sample revisions, decoration, SKU count, packaging readiness, testing and approval response time. A project schedule is prepared after the route and approval gates are defined.
