Can FigCrafts review a project from sketches or photos?
Yes. Authorized sketches, photos, artwork and reference images can start a review for 3D development, prototype planning and manufacturing feasibility. More views or dimensions may be requested before pricing.
Can I order one prototype?
Prototype and suitable low-volume options can start from one unit using 3D printing, vacuum casting or another suitable non-production process. This does not mean injection-molded production starts from one unit.
What is the typical production MOQ?
Typical injection-molded production MOQ is 500–1,000 units. The confirmed quantity depends on product structure, tooling, material, color variants, finishing and packaging requirements.
Can we sign an NDA before sharing detailed files?
Yes. An NDA can be arranged before quotation or detailed file exchange. CAD, images and project versions can be managed according to agreed confidentiality requirements.
How quickly will I receive a response?
Initial project feedback is typically provided within 1–3 business days after sufficient design, quantity, material, finishing and packaging information is received.
Can FigCrafts coordinate product testing?
Product development and third-party testing can be coordinated for applicable requirements such as EN 71, ASTM F963, CPSIA and REACH. The final scope depends on product, materials, age grade and target market.
Do you accept fan art or known character designs?
FigCrafts works with brand-owned, licensed or otherwise authorized designs. Proof of rights may be requested before production.
How should I send very large files?
Use the form to introduce the project and include a secure cloud download link in the project details, or request a file-transfer route in the first exchange.
