What must be approved before an injection production run? The released tool status, product or part organization, material and formed color direction, quantity or SKU split, critical characteristics, evidence, downstream requirements and approval responsibility should refer to the same production program.

Does the 80T–850T range mean any part size is possible? No. Tonnage alone does not determine feasibility. Tool envelope, projected area, material, shot requirement, product geometry, operating sequence and the required production window must fit the selected press and process.

Can FigCrafts injection mold plastic model kits? Yes. The production review can cover runner and part completeness, color and variant grouping, visible nub or gate areas, fit, selected build checks, downstream relationships and the approved control plan.

What does a production first article approve? A production first article checks the released tool, approved material or color and current setup before routine production. It approves the agreed starting condition, not the entire lot automatically. Tool trials and tool corrections belong to the tooling release stage.

How is routine injection production monitored? The project defines what is checked, how evidence is obtained, when sampling occurs and what reaction follows a result outside the accepted condition. The exact characteristics, methods and frequency remain project-specific.

Can two colors or hard and soft materials be molded together? FigCrafts has two rotary two-color injection molding machines. Feasibility depends on product design, tool sequence, material compatibility or retention, required interface, appearance, economics and product testing.

What is the injection-production MOQ? Typical injection-molded production MOQ is 500–1,000 units. The actual requirement depends on the product, tooling, material, colors or SKUs, finishing and packaging. Prototype or low-volume needs can use a suitable non-production route from one unit.

Can buyers or third parties inspect production? Yes. FigCrafts has an internal inspection mechanism and can support buyer or third-party factory audits, product inspections and laboratory testing according to agreed project requirements.
